Working the wine

and its environment

It is done with great care. Environmental protection has always been a priority: regular tillage, organic fertiliser, measured protection and for a large part of the vineyard, compliance with organic cultivation guidelines.
We are lucky to have the assistance of four employees who are passionate about their work and extremely competent.
The harvest is done manually; the picked grapes must always have reached optimum ripeness.
